Torchseal — APP Modified Membrane
ADWAA TORCHSEAL is a prefabricated waterproofing membrane with a multilayered design of nonwoven polyester reinforcement coated on both sides with APP modified bitumen, for superior pliability, tensile strength, elongation and lap joint strength. Ideal for roofs, reservoirs, basements, tunnels and car parks.

Premium quality oxidized bitumen coating manufactured from ductile, pliable bitumen and plasticizing oil, blown to optimum and uniform softening point. Used in built-up roof construction on inclines not exceeding 25% (Type IV / 115-15) and 12.5% (Type III / 85-25) slope.

Sungard — Bituminous Aluminium Coating
Cold applied, highly reflective asphalt base aluminium coating formulated with ductile, pliable bitumen blended with highly polished aluminium flakes. Used to preserve, protect and beautify smooth asphalt roofs, modified bitumen roofs and granule finished roofs, and to protect metal structures from corrosion.
